No waste cooking in its finest πŸ˜πŸ‘Œ Leftover cookie Emma didn’t want to finish, a strawberry πŸ“, half of a peach, all topped with soya whipped cream (also leftover from chocolate truffle I was making earlier today). Whipped cream is sweetened with agave and shredded coconut. I also added 1/2 teaspoon spirulina powder. πŸ‘Œ You got to have your superfoods! πŸ˜‰ πŸ˜† Instead of cherry on top I used a “cookie”: pulp from making cashew milk this morning, I just smeared on a baking paper and in dehydrator for few hours. Very crunchy texture and oh so yum! πŸ‘πŸ˜‹ #flexiblevegan #veganfoodshare #whatveganseat #nowaste #nowastecooking
