No waste cooking in its finest 😁👌 Leftover cookie Emma didn’t want to finish, a strawberry 🍓, half of a peach, all topped with soya whipped cream (also leftover from chocolate truffle I was making earlier today). Whipped cream is sweetened with agave and shredded coconut. I also added 1/2 teaspoon spirulina powder. 👌 You got to have your superfoods! 😉 😆 Instead of cherry on top I used a “cookie”: pulp from making cashew milk this morning, I just smeared on a baking paper and in dehydrator for few hours.
